WE ARE ON A ROLL

The second game of the season against a very good opposition. I felt this game was very crucial as a victory against a higher division team would do wonders for team confidence and morale. Things started on the wrong foot with the bowling attack getting depleted due to non availability of our two bowlers Bhaskar and Abbas from the last game who had done an excellent job. With injuries to Bari and me and Amir Ali Jr not being available the batting looked a little worrisome too.

Game day:

 Overcoming all the odds the team put up a gusty performance when bowling and fielding and then clinically chased the target set by EECC. It was a total team effort. Excellent bowling performance from Masood, Javed and Chandra. Terrific batting from Saad and Amir Ali Sr. The old war horse Bari stood there at the end and brought it home.

Way to go Cougars!  Lets bring it on next week.
